I logged out and was able to see it perfectly and can not spot what in the code would stop it?
Can you log out and see if you get the same viewing it as guest.If you have a different browser try that as well.
I am still studying that piece of code but so far can not find what would be stopping it.

It is a problem with IE displaying the page..

You can see it prefectly in Firefox.
At least I know it is the HTML I am producing rather than the data not getting pulled from the DB.
