On ps3 When you get a network error code it useally means that your broadband is not good(technical term ie xxxx)
Or at least that what was happenning to me 
So i booted Virgin (as they said it wasn't them ahem bullpoo) and changed to sky never,NEVER had a single "Networkerror code since(tempts fate)
