Specifically Round 3 on the 360

I know it's old but I lent it to a mate ages ago and only got it back the other day.

Why the hell can I keep pounding every one for 8-10 rounds then get knocked out?

It's driving me up the sodding wall, litterally as I threw my controller at it last night lol.

This is on EASY as well.

In the end to win a fight I had to to light heavy vs middle weight and even then it took me 10 rounds to knock the guy down.

is that in the carrer? if so set it to the 3 knock down rule and just use hay makers.
nock them down 3 times in a round and ur all sorted

I'm not knocking them down thats the problem. I'm peppering them with punches relentlessly including haymakers galore.

I'm sure I was good at this before I lent it to him lol.

Yeah I love the game am totally addicted to it.

More body shots & combos and focus your punches on certain areas of your opponent. Counter as many hits as possible.

On your training do plenty of weights to build your characters stamina.

My average is 2nd round knock out.

I've not played on career mode for ages. This is just ESPN classics and main boxers.

I nearly always open a gaping hole on the other fighters eyes/cheeks and keep pounding it. I'm usually winning every round and then out of no where get knocked out. It is the most annoying thing ever to be so dominant and lose!

I've got the hang of it again now. Although when I stun them alot of the time I cant knock them down. I get a view from their eyes and they put their guard up. Any tips on how to break them down a bit better when this happen?

I much prefer it when I get the side on view in stunned mode, knock em down every time that way.
