Good luck!

Thanks Neil
Really want to manage the 11s, not using Nos and only at 1.6 bar but the car feels well strong, just had the manifold welded again, i think the launch control gets things a bit too hot.
If i reply on here ive done well, but if i pm you either the car has blown up or i was crap!!

Ive got confidence in you mate - its about time you had some luck!

(coughs) Bad day.......BESTtime 13.33 @107 in 3rd gear
Excuses......
Fecking short shifter, would not go in 3rd and 4th, i may have nacked my gear box cos on the way home it was jumping out of 4th #-o
Launch control, just not getting the revs of the line
Leaking boost from some where, when hitting full boost i can hear a loud leaking air type of noise??

Hi mate, was/am gutted, but as you say next time (10th April) I have the car in bits tonight but i can't see where the leak is, i have even re-torqued the head ](*,) the car had been running fine until last night when it started making this noise!!
Still managed to beat a couple of Skylines :)

Ooo ... crikey Andy, not what I wanted to be seeing when I opened this thread!!

107 in 3rd? How high are you revving to?

Chin up fella, it'll soon be sorted!

Steve
Small turbos - they're not big and they're not clever!

Just say NO to small turbos!

Hi Steve
Not what i wanted to write mate
I was just hitting rev limiter at 8k when i went through!!
Some runs it would not go into 4th
Its weird the car does about 70 in second now, on my 1st run i could only get 1st and 2nd still crossed the line at 59mph :-k

Whhhaaaaat !!

Andy, that pit of yours needs firing. Should have left it how it was when i first saw it at well lane ... standard engine, quick boost tweek etc etc.

Gearboxes - 4th.... sound like you've tried pushing it into 4th without the consent of the clutch !

The old problems of shifting for me were all resolved with putting a thinner oil in it.. that redline stuffs great if your gearbox is noisy, but the drag on the oil at high engine speeds makes it awkward to shift to the point where your missing gears and crunching !

Quick shift ?? what they like ?

Hi John
Not sure which oil is in the box, its not fancy stuff, i mainly put it down to the "xxxx shifter"!!
I think the car was only running 1 bar boost cos of the leak, so i will get it sorted and try again on the 10th
