Sadly guys, it's Midship Runabout...
When the MR2 mk2 was launched in Japan in 1989 it toured around the country on the back of a lorry with the words"Midship Express" painted down the sides. If I remember I'll post up the video from work tomorrow.
I've also seen JDM brochures that refer to the mk2 as being a midship runabout.
