No smoke when cold on start up, no smoke on overrun, no difference when hot or cold it just smokes a bit sometimes worse than others.

What I have noticed is that I've needed to dial in more to the Blitz EBC to get the same boost and it doesn't feel a like it's coming right in boost as quickly as it was.

No stuttering type behaviour when boosting or struggling to hold boost just doesn't feel as fresh and spinning up like it did.

Compression across all cylinders is perfect however.

Car has a rev 3 full rear clip and was all finally checked and properly finished off/installed eventually by a well respected MR2 specialist and has been meticulously maintained regardless off cost.

It's a standard CT20 turbo and just had a new turbo oil return pipe as the previous one had a tiny leak.

Does this sound like a turbo issue? Could it just be the seals and if the bearings and shaft are all within acceptable tolerances should I just get the seals replaced and reinstall or is a full refurb the way to go if indeed the turbo would seem to be the most likely problem?
