I've probably only been involved with around 30% of making them. I feel sorry for the guys who had to do all the twisting

Seeing as the wiring is topical, I thought I'd add a little update.

I haven't got as many photos as I should have of the wiring, but when the looms are completely finished I'll get some proper photos.

Anyway...

The 'slim line' banjo i got for the fuel pump. It's been a nightmare getting this fitted, but it's finally done

Now onto some wires. I can't take credit for all of this, but I can take credit for the switch panel and all connectors :D

So the looms are done now barring the PDM connectors. They need to be planned first, but I hope to be in a position to start the car by the end of the week

Good update!

I finished all the wiring and fitted it along with the pdm.

Then I spent some time mapping the pdm and checking every electrical item one by one.

This part was very rewarding

And then it was time to fire her into life.....

Needless to say I'm very happy with progress.

There are a few things left to finish then it's off for mapping

Great car.

Fantastic engineering and shows what can be done when no expense if spared.

Can't wait to see it run down the strip!

The project has stalled recently.
Unfortunately it has been sidelined as we are so busy that 100% of the focus is on the race team right now.

When things ease off I'll get it finished off and to a strip!

The car has run on the strip, there was some videos on Facebook. Just shakedown runs I think, I don't know if Nathan has done a full commitment pass yet.

There's also been a dyno video of it spinning up to over 9kRPM...

Ok so yeah... a lot had happened since my last post.

The car made 798hp at the hubs at 29psi after sorting through various challenges.

We went to the pod and had 4 runs but had a correction factor issue on the IAT (Dyno ambient was 37 degrees and Santa pod ambient 9 degrees) which made the car run very rich and killed the plugs.

Ended up with a 10.1 at 138mph with it sounding like it was on 3cyl.
The last run the carbon clutch broke.

I've since been back to pod 3 times and not ran due to bad weather.
Hoping to get out in the next few weeks!!

Here's a vid of the run https://youtu.be/5MOmo7jAm0Y
