Post's a few years old, but when I did the pulley mod on my SC I used the part number from this thread:

It's one of my mods, you should have just asked and I would have given it to you.

Bump, I've just ordered myself one of these also (thanks Paul)

My SC already had the Fensport kit fitted, but obviously using the Fensport supplied Ford item it is already failing after only a few thousand miles.

You're welcome, I have no idea why they use that cheap plastic Ford part, probably comes down to costs, but the Camry idler isn't exactly expensive.

In all the years I sprinted a 4A-GZE I never had any problems with the plastic pulley. I always intended to swap it out for the Camry one but never got around to it because the Ford one worked fine for me. Is it possible that some people over tension the belt causing the Ford part to fail prematurely in some cases?

Possibly, you will always get some that work fine without issue, however I have seen a LOT of Ford pulley failures over the years, it could well be slight over-tensioning causing that, but the Camry idler won't break no matter what tension you put on it.

Basically it's a crap plastic part that's just not fit for purpose in my opinion, I feel much better about having a factory all metal Toyota idler on there and we've seen zero failures since inventing that upgrade.
