Rev 1/2 Full Carpet

Post by Scott Barton »

Bought for mine a while ago with a view of changing it all out but have decided to stick with mine instead. The Rev 1 & 2 carpet for whatever reason had a deeper pile. In great condition, ready to fit.

£30 collected. Near Maidstone, Kent.

I'm interested as not a million miles from you. Is it a dashboard our job to fit the main part of the carpet or can you do it with seats only removed?

As far as I know, no need for the dashboard to be removed. Just the seats, the door step trim, and the centre console. All just a matter of screws.

I might come and take a look at this if you don't sell it - my carpet is a bit tired in placed.

great upgrade to later cars, the carpet in the earlier cars was far better than the later cars. I did mine a few years back, not a massive job ... just take the seats and safety belts out and then some plastic trims like sill covers and panels behind the doors. It can be done without taking off the center console, but there are only a few screws holding all of that together anyway
