[Mk2] [Turbo] Are catalytic converters universal?

Post by Caleb-mr2 »

Hi,

I need a catalytic converter for a rev 5 turbo. Would a rev 2 turbo cat work or are the exhausts a bit different?

Thanks

Bump. Anyone know if they're all the same?

I'm not certain on Rev 1&2, but can say with a degree of confidence that the Rev 3+ cats will work.

Im thinking the decats all work ok with each other though the stud may need to be removed as rev 1&2 have 6 and rev 3 plus has 7.

I thought the same.

Are the 6 studs the same pattern as the 7 stud minus the obvious extra stud?
