any silicon hose off ebay will be good enough. all will have reinforcement.
it doesnt see pressure, so on my setup i dont even have clamps where i have a join
(i have a 2.75-3inch 90 degree > 3 inch straight > 3-3 90 > 3inch straight to filter)

I think the actual core itself is 10" x 9" x 5".

If your looking for 4inch setup I would find some pics, as that is pretty big.

My 3" is very close to coolant lines. Not sure how well 4" would fit. But yes I'm talking the hose directly off the turbo.
Most who have 4 run top mount turbos where you the have plenty more room.

Same. Currently running a KO racing intake pipe and 4" K&N filter.

likely easier as you are running a stock turbo
these aftermarket turbos require adapters which lower the turbo further (so the KO wouldnt work).
either way sounds like 4inch is fine, just expect it to be touching the large coolant line id guess which isnt really a problem.

Good to have a heads up and WOW those engines look ace! Although you've just made me realise I've bought the wrong CC core... i need front / back option - Although perhaps i could go top right to try and get it away from engine heat....
How do you find you IAT's by the way Dale?

Never had an issue with IAT - nice/stable/low. helped by....... having a PTP turbo blanket, heatshield over the top, lagging the fo0k out of the bottom of the chargecooler, twin engine lid fans digitally controlled and AEM water meth injection think ive got all areas covered
the cc core is always cool to the touch even after a good thrashing, dont think ive seen temps above 35 and that was without water/meth. With water meth its a different story

So, getting ready for Phase 2: Completion (kind of, maybe, ish)
I know, I know. I've hardly driven the damn thing, but I may as well do it now, right?
- New Garrett .60 AR 4" Anti-surge compressor cover
- New Mamba .82 Turbine housing with 3" V-band
- Coil on plug conversion: a lot of people said this is overkill, but digging deeper it seemed the majority of +400 builds have it!
- 1000hp rated charge cooler upgrade
- 4" Intake system to replace ARC intake
- Lots of methanol
- New rocket cover install at the same time painted by Alan B, looking superb as always
The key here for me is getting a little more ignition timing in safely at the top (power still leaning off) by opening up the intake, turbo and cooler to make sure it stays nice and cool in the summer.
Also although I'm not mapping methanol in (just for safety) it doesn't run all that great when on so I'd like it checked out.
If I get to 450hp at the same or lower boost, happy days. Will be finished off with a map tweak on the dynos.

So..... today has been a painful one.......
It turns out that Kev did NOT sell me a GT3076 - but a GT3071.
So the new Compressor cover and Exhaust housing for a GT3076, naturally didnt fit!!!
So...... I had 2 options. Put it back together and be annoyed forever..... or just buy a new CHRA and then have a GT3071 available to re-sell.
New CHRA on it's way...... explains a few things, huh?
It also explains my inherent feeling that the car wasnt "enough" or quite right for the level of boost - now it makes sense!!!
Anyway, i could have just gone GTX but ach, I've gone way over what i'm happy spending on this car now so will at least re-coup some cash on a good GT3071 for sale but gutted.
On the other hand excited to see it afterwards. I thought it boosted quickly!
