Where did all the valve covers go?

ST205s and Revision 3+ 3S-GTE MR2s are broken fairly regularly. Not like MX-5 regularly but there certainly has to be more valve covers than there are complete engines in functioning cars. I'd never pay more than £35 for one, but I just don't see them come up for sale any more. I suppose it's because faceache is now the internet and everyone punts stuff on there but I wouldn't know. Sweet FA on ebay except for the odd breaking car out of which engines are sold complete anyway if they run. I was going to get one to clean and paint so I could swap it out. Oh well.

Beware FB, always use Paypal and don't gift money. Just had to fight one "seller" after 11 weeks of no delivery, poor communication and as it turned out, suspected at the time, lies.

I've actually had a really good experience with FB both buying and selling.

For regular forum members I gift, for people I don't know I always pay the additional 4% to cover the fees and play it straight.
