The campsite is down the road from the circuit/event. Each club gets a dedicated plot to park up, set up tents, etc. Nothing other than loo roll is provided. We took little gas burners and disposable bbq's last year

Haha, there are portaloos setup, don't worry.
Actually, now i think about it, im pretty sure they had a big marquee set up with music and maybe food... We didn't venture over there though as we were happy with our beers and bbq.

We organised an optional pre-meet if you want to convoy in. Was at Tesco a few miles down the road last year IIRC. We will do the same this year but it's not essential to make that, you can just go straight to the venue.

Big Japfest this year Think I will give the organisers another ring this week and give a heads up the MR2 boys need a good spot because we are out in force!

We could do another thread nearer the time regards convoys, a few meeting points and link ups. I am always late and never make it though! Ended up in convoy with the NSX owners last time who were trying to shake me off. lol.

Have you guys who have made online payment received confirmation emails that it went through ok? I have not had an email, just checking my bank statement to see if the money went out.
