Thats pretty shitty, well least you didn't crash or anything. :mrgreen:

Haha, well, there will though won`t there! Without fail every year somebody wraps one round a lamp post or finds a ditch or spins out and has a snap over steer story - `the back end just over took me`! :lol:

It's a great handling car that hasn't even tried to kill me once in 10k this year. Including winter in the alps!

Staggered wheels and tyres is going to help a lot. Cheap tyres will not help, less so in the wet. All that is useless if the wheels are pointing in the wrong dircetion, so alignment is a must. Not tracking, proper 4 wheel alignment.

I don't drive mine like a chauffeur, trust me, but there's enough torque there to overwhelm the rears in lower gears. If you've any lock on, you've got to be ready for that. It's the joy of driving a relatively powerful MR car without any driver aids. You can't rest in the cold or wet :)

Yeah I make time to go for a drive when it's raining. Loads of fun. Mind you my current tyres are very good in the wet so they need a fair bit of weight shift or a lot of right foot to get them sliding.

The rear dancing around isn't an issue, in fact it's fun. The front sliding is just plain scary.
