Are the plastic door card handle covers the same for cloth and for leather door cards?

Do you mean the plastic bezel that goes behind the handle.

Different part numbers

Yes it's the plastic that goes behind the handle. I can't seem to get the original ones to fit. Eg. Cloth to leather.

Does the part numbers confirm I'm.looking foral another set?

No They are not the same, the leather ones are thinner, if you use the cloth ones the inner flap will not close properly.
