Engine servicing in Bedfordshire area request

Hi, I require my distributor refitting and timing done on my Mk1b. Thought I had a local specialist contact but after a few months I've not had any joy of them doing it.

Now i need to see if anyone else has a contact or advice on what to do next. Not skilled enough to do myself. I'm in Bedfordshire.

If you get yourself a timing light gun it's a very simple diy job.

Well bu88er me it worked!

Im a fairly confident diy mechanic but following the wonderful guides on here and using the trusted Haynes the car is running well.

Just the new radio, front wing sticker, new tyres and she will be about ready to take home from the parents garage. 4 months of elbow grease, about a grand in parts, exhaust, wing, oils, leather seats and all the misc bits.
