The Twincharger

Post by tonigmr2 »

Yes it is for sale. I have spent a lot of money on this car, so don't be thinking this will be up for normal MK1 money, it won't.

Full spec and money I have spent can be seen in the garage from my signature. Frankly that doesn't cover it, I've spent a good deal more on bits I've forgotten. That's without the custom stuff, money spent on wind tunnels and tuning parts no longer available.

So if you're interested in a one-of-a-kind car, that can never be repeated, with all genuine bits from Japan on (no copies!) then PM me and we can talk. Full build and how long it took here:

Not your usual car advert I grant you. But for those who know what this car is and what it could be capable of, you couldn't even invest what I have and achieve the same nowadays. But be prepared, it is a car that needs deep pockets or someone who is good at fettling. Like any highly tuned car it needs constant attention. :)

T
p.s. plate not included and not for sale.

I believe forum rules state you have to give a price Toni.

No idea how you can value this car. A lot of time, research and money gone in to it.

When I first got in to the mk1s this cars journey had been of huge interest to me. Good luck with the sale and hope you get a good price.

Well I'm not going to put a price. But I will say don't be expecting change from £20K.

There are a small number of cars that have been sold on here over the years, which are hard (almost impossible) to put a value on. This is certainly one them.

A few years ago, the first response here would have been sadness that a long time member was selling up (especially since this is very much a one of a kind MK1) and not bickering about a price, or lack of it.

I for one, find this rather sad.

It is sad. However a fair few people have had adverts removed for not adhering to the forum rules. So I guess if IMOC mods or committee members do not stick to the same policy and lead by example, people will point it out.

Just lock it, I don't really care to put a price on it other than what I've said.
