Looks clean buddy, not a fan of Tom's scoops though.

What plans you got for the car? :thumleft:

Me either lol thought it looked good in the pictures but dont really like it.

I DO however like the erm....F40 Vent  so will be aiming to get that.

Im not sure on plans as I was debating getting rid of it for a drift car but plans are to keep it.

So far ive had the head rebuilt PROPERLY not like the previous bad job.

Ferrea Valves
Cometic ML Headgasket 1.3mm
All gaskets replaced and seals
All Drop links replaced
Rear ball Joints Replaced
Wheels resprayed and sorted
5Zeigen Exhaust to replace the mongoose exhaust
Border Sides and rears (on the lookout for a front)
Amber sidelights.
All new OEM belts replaced
Igniter and coilpack replaced
Spark plugs and leads replaced
King lead replaced.
Water temp sender replaced.
Air con removed.

My to do list is huge though

Crankshaft seals are leaking so need to do both of them and replace the gasket as well. so ordered them this week.

Probably looking to do a forge build at some point.
Will find a spec list of it when it was for sale and update the thread

Looks tidy! I think the Toms Scoops are a marmite thing! I do like them as I had one on my previous MR2.

Keep up the good work

Spec Sheet of the car when I bought it

Year:1992
Mileage : 70k miles (Converted to miles at 60k kilometers, currently showing 99k miles )

Imported in- 2002

Engine:
Amazing condition, doesn't burn any oil, turbo is in perfect condition, the cylinder head has been rebuilt 5k miles ago for a total of £1600 (had worn valve seals, cambelt ,water pump, gaskets where replaced at the same time). Also new cooling system with a new rad, pipes, and antifreeze.
Has a larger intercooler (medium size intercooler that was installed before is included too , its a HKS intercooler thats worth arround £800 when new.)
Large/ individually grounded HT Leads
K&N Filter
Amazing Decat system (not sure of the brand, but its a very quiet quality sound, and legally decat since cars before 1993 dont need a CaT)
BLITZ ECU - mapped, with HD display inside the car
HKS FCD (or how its called, connected to the ecu)
Forge BOV (i rebuild it a week ago with new springs,so like new)

Have a recent dyno of 250bhp/ 266.7lbft Torque
But it was before the intercooler, ht leads, spark plugs, and filter install so should be running 260-280BHP!

Always warm it up before driving , and cool it down after (HKS turbo timir helps out too).
The car is ALWAYS ran on Shell V-POWER.

Exterior:
All original , in mint condition, all panels line up perfectly, never been in a accident - HPi clean, havent noticed any rust spots or big scratches- which is amazing for a 1992 JAP car.
All original GTS JDM bodykit
with a Genuine AUTOPISTA spoiler (VERY RARE!!)
Think JDM only darkish legal tint!! (looks amazing)
Recently got new:
Front crystal turnlights
Clear turn signal+corner Rev 3 taillights with custom made real carbon fiber center peace. Wired up as quad lights. (Very RARE!!)

R16 VERY LIGHT Rota Grid Alloys in gold with chrome lip, on new tires!

Interior:
In very good condition, original seats are very firm but the drivers side one has a hole in the fabric in the usual place.
Full climate control
Electric mirrors/windows
PowerSteering
Lockwood dials
MOMO Steering wheel
genuine Mazda RX8 gear knob (unique triangular shape, weighted.) If you dont like it can replace with a matching MOMO gear knob.
Talex lite camera detection device (legal, and tells you your speed)
BLITZ HD screen (shows some info from the ecu- like approx power usage and speed)
If your fast will come with a £800 Pioner X1 DVD player, later this month ill be taking it out -once i buy a Alpine 9880R (which i prefer more).
Upgraded speakers, and all wiring made for behind the seat audio setup - MASSIVE power cable all of the cables for the AMPS are there ready to be used. (used to have a sub woofer+amp setup, but im to tall and i needed more space so took it out)
HKS Turbo Timer
Alarm+ imobiliser! (2 remotes+1 immobiliser fob)- Very nice system that keeps the car safe.

Suspension:
Stock JDM suspension (Bilstein) with amazing breaks (think there quite large since its a jdm turbo model).
Rear has custom made 20mm (approx) spacers on each side (more wheel base=more stability [Smile])

Bit of a update...

After having the car now for several years Im still not that keen on the driving style the mr2 has. Howver thats still not stopped me spending money on it.

Going to try and remember what ive done since my last post. Its been in a bit of the wars bodywork wise but Im aiming for a respray in the following months.

So far Ive replaced and fitted.

OEM Oil Pump
Alternator
New Belt
2 x OEM Rear Ball Joints
Border Front bumper (Last one was terrible fitment)
Defi CR Oil Temp
Defi CR Water Temp
Bliz Nur Spec
F40 Vent
TRD Spoiler
Advan SA3R's 17x8 17x9 (selling the Challenge F Zero Volk Rears)
New Washer Motor.
Various Engine Bling clean up.
New License Plates
Hel Braided Lines
New Brakes discs and pads all round
NGK plugs
Border Side Scoops
Heavy Set Engine Hoses
New Rocker Cover
and Integra Red Recaros next month

Im sure theres loads more but thats just off the top of my head.

few quick pictures will try and update it more.
