removing the front bumper... horn replacement

Post by *DeathStar* »

hi guys.

the horn has died on my car . therefore ive got some more sporty twin tone horns. nothing over the top just sound nice.

( small mod i know lol )

but to make the job more easy is it a good idea to remove the front bumper? how easy is it to remove?

many thanks.

I would consider you stark raving barking mad, if you removed the front bumper just to replace the horn!

I think what Lauren is getting at is that there is absolutely no need to remove the front bumper to remove the horn?

IIRC - can you not just remove the cover over the radiator, and it is right there in front of you? (when looking down of course)

Wayne as your post began with "can you not" I assumed there was uncertainty so my post was to clarify the situation. sorry If I caused any offence I just like to be clear if I know something for certain I will say so

Try the Stobel Nautilus twin tone. Needs to be fitted using a relay but sounds great! I have one fitted to my IS300.
