MAP and AFM ECU

Post by firstmk1 »

I have an GEMS ecu but don't know if it's for a mk1a or b. What difference, if any, will this make? I tried an early ecu in my '89 car and it started and idled so the idea that one would work and not the other went out the window.

Has anyone else got/used a GEMS unit? Is it easy to update?

Cheers,
Ian

Thanks, I'll give them a call.

Does anybody have any software that can be used to connect an ECU to PC?
