Another Class Win for SidewaysSi at Brighton Speed Trials

Congratulations to Simon Hicks (SidewaysSi) for another class win and personal best at this year's Brighton National Speed Trials last Saturday.

Following on from last year's class win and class record, he produced a time of 11.35secs 130mph in his SBITS prepared 2.2 555bhp monster.

Bear in mind the event is run on a public road and class regulations stipulate car is to be taxed and tested, road legal tyres, and no laughing gas. Furthermore, the car is fully trimmed, complete with passenger seat!

..the only thing I can promise for sure is slow progress.

just have this niggling thought that if I rip out the wiring, then the car will never get out of the garage again.
