Zagato are indeed an Italian company - Modellista are Japanese IIRC.

ETA: The first car you linked to is incorrectly identified as a Zagato - it's a Caserta.

Yes, it's a TOM'S body. Looks like it's got the poverty spec steel wheels fitted though!!
