Toyota themselves or Chris at cheaptoyotaparts. Fitting kits usually run to around the £250 mark.

The daft thing is that is NOT a full kit! There is no demister cable with it. That will cost a few bob to supply, and bearing in mind those bolts may not be as fresh as when they were made, a new one sounds a better bet for that sort of money.
It does seem a lot of money for what it is, but you are kinda snookered if you have a top with no kit.
Extremely unwise whizzing around with a top on the car and no fitting kit.
Those central posts are pretty substantial items.
