I'm running IK24 Denso iridiums but that doesn't mean it's your best choice.

i usually sell the NGK Grade 7's BKR7E's

these are what i recommend for a lightly tuned car. Ie boost increase and using standard turbo.

These are ideal and cheap

Yes plugs will depend on extent of mods etc etc.

Yep, I'd use the BKR7E's too. They work fine on my car and like Tim said they're cheap too.

If I was running a car in a higher state of tune of definately be looking towards the Denso's though.

to be honest guys i'm a fan of coppers plugs, there cheap. do a good job and not heard any stories of them falling apart. NGK tests showed that the copper actually produced a better spark but didn't last as long as the irridiums etc but at 1/4 of the cost who cares.

I'd use the 7's upto about 330-350ish bhp then move over to the 8's but still in NGK Coppers.

Coppers can also be easily gapped.

Fine on my CT26A Rev1 lump @ 16psi. No problems at high boost, they also don't seem to be horribly bad at getting fouled either (which colder plugs generally do).

Ring NGK UK up (they've got a website) and ask who is your local distributor.

My local place is also a great place to pick up engine oil etc ..

The plug you want is this one:

BKR7E (NGK Stock #: 6097 ) - £1.68 (ea, inc VAT)

I just put BKR7E plugs in my car few hours ago. They had about 0.9 mm gap from the factory. I gapped them to 0.8 mm.
