As Chair I will be setting direction and co-ordinating the work of the rest of the committee. Outside this, I will be working on wider projects which will benefit members - such as the Club Insurance scheme.
About Ben : My MR2 and IMOC history starts with a Mk2 Coupe I bought in 1996. It was great fun, but after test driving a Turbo I knew that was the way forwards and picked one up in July 1998. After a few years I started doing trackdays to enjoy driving the car to the full. I have learnt how to work on the car myself, with the aid of the workshop manuals and now do most of my own work on my MR2s. Currently I have a '84 Mk1 NA Trackday car and a 2003 Roadster with a Custom turbo conversion. I am based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

Recently, the Committee has undertaken an extensive review of the rules that govern both members and the affiliates in connection with their use of IMOC.co.uk. The Committee have an ongoing commitment to the club and are constantly considering what is best for the club
